About
I spent 11 years at AlixPartners helping companies in distress find money they didn’t know they had—building analytical frameworks for cost reduction, sourcing transformation, and restructuring across Fortune 500 clients.
Then I ran operations transformation at LA County Department of Health Services during the pandemic, chairing the remote work committee for the largest municipal health system in the United States.
Now I lead strategic initiatives at USC, focused on workforce planning and executive reporting during institutional transformation.
I write about what I’ve learned: restructuring, cost reduction, and the politics of organizational change.
